CCF Tea – The Ayurvedic Cleansing & Balancing Tea
CCF Tea

CCF Tea (made with Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel) is a powerful yet gentle Ayurvedic detox tea you can easily prepare at home. It is one of the most effective herbal blends to support digestion, hormonal balance, and fluid regulation in the body.

According to Ayurveda, strong digestion (Agni) is the foundation of good health. When your Agni is weak or imbalanced, toxins (Ama) accumulate in the body. KKV tea helps stimulate digestive fire, gently detoxify, and promote balance in all three doshas — especially Pitta and Kapha.

 Benefits of CCF Tea:

  • Boosts and balances digestion
  • Helps regulate fluid retention and dehydration
  • Cools excess heat in the body (great for hot flashes or Pitta imbalances)
  • Supports urinary health
  • Calms mild hormonal fluctuations
  • Can be enjoyed daily for natural cleansing

Simple CCF Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 part Cumin seeds
  • 1 part Coriander seeds
  • 1 part Fennel seeds

Optional additions:

  • A pinch of licorice root (for grounding & soothing; avoid in high blood pressure)
  • A few slices of fresh ginger (great for colds or poor appetite)

Instructions:

  1. Lightly crush the seeds to release their aroma — do not powder.
  2. Mix and store the blend in a jar.
  3. Use 1–2 teaspoons of the mix per cup. Place in a tea infuser or empty tea bag.
  4. Steep in hot water for 5–10 minutes.
  5. Strain and sip warm throughout the day.

Tip: Prepare a full pot in the morning and drink 1–2 liters throughout the day for best results.

Balancing. Cleansing. Restorative.
CCF tea is a simple yet powerful Ayurvedic daily ritual for vibrant health.
