CCF Tea (made with Cumin, Coriander, and Fennel) is a powerful yet gentle Ayurvedic detox tea you can easily prepare at home. It is one of the most effective herbal blends to support digestion, hormonal balance, and fluid regulation in the body.
According to Ayurveda, strong digestion (Agni) is the foundation of good health. When your Agni is weak or imbalanced, toxins (Ama) accumulate in the body. KKV tea helps stimulate digestive fire, gently detoxify, and promote balance in all three doshas — especially Pitta and Kapha.
Benefits of CCF Tea:
- Boosts and balances digestion
- Helps regulate fluid retention and dehydration
- Cools excess heat in the body (great for hot flashes or Pitta imbalances)
- Supports urinary health
- Calms mild hormonal fluctuations
- Can be enjoyed daily for natural cleansing
Simple CCF Tea Recipe
