Golden Milk – A Nourishing Ayurvedic Elixir
Golden Milk

Golden Milk is a traditional Ayurvedic drink made with turmeric, a powerful herb known for its ability to support the immune system, promote glowing skin, help balance cholesterol, and support the prevention of cardiovascular concerns and cognitive decline, such as Alzheimer’s.

While turmeric on its own can be heating or drying for some body types, combining it with warm, plant-based milk (such as almond, oat, or coconut milk) naturally balances its properties, making it gentle and suitable for all three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

This soothing drink is best enjoyed in the evening, especially before bedtime, to support relaxation and rejuvenation.
