- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Raw cane sugar ½ tsp
- Ghee ½ tsp
Mix them together and take them two or three times a day

- Fresh turmeric juice 1 tsp
- Fresh garlic juice ¼ tsp
- Fresh ginger juice ½ tsp
- Fresh Adulsa leaves (Vasaka) juice (Optional) 1 ½ tsp

- Black pepper powder 1 pinch
Mix all the ingredients very well. Take 2 tsp, three to four times a day.

- Fresh ginger crushed ¼ tsp
- Basil leaves crushed 8
- Black pepper crushed 2
- Cardamoms 2
- Water 1 cup

- Cloves 2 nos
- Mint leaves 5 nos
- Honey 1 tsp
Boil the ingredients except honey for a few minutes. Filter, add honey and drink two or three times a day.

- Honey 1 tsp
- Fresh ginger juice 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 pinch
- Garlic juice ½ tsp
Mix all the ingredients together and drink it once or twice a day.
